i found the location convenient near the train station and bullring many shops were nearby the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. breakfast offered a good variety and the staff was helpful with directions i especially appreciated the helpful staff members. the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful stay i found the rooftop area to be a great spot to relax
the phone in my room did not work i was not able to call the reception desk.

The location was central! i found valencia nord station quite close. the hotel was modern, with comfortable facilities. the receptionists were very helpful. breakfast was good. It had all i wished for. the room was nice and neat with an excellent shower.
The fridge made noises during the night. It kept waking us up.

I found the location quite central. nespresso capsules were available with the machine in the room. i requested a room with a bathtub and they provided it to me. Rooms have bathtubs.
I was quite disappointed at the size of the premium room. it felt very small and poorly lit. there was no bureau or desk. There was also no closet.
