the breakfast was acceptable and had a good variety to choose from.
The noise was bad. I barely slept. my room was right next to reception, the bar, and a public toilet, so the noise was constant. I asked for a quiet room when i booked.
The hotel setting was amazing with lovely grounds. Parking had plenty of space. The room was super clean and I loved the sleigh bed. Breakfasts were tasty with good quality items. Everything was cooked perfectly!
The curtains in the lounge were coming off the track. I was not told about a private function so I could not use the bar area. The toilet paper in the bathroom felt cheap.

The room was spacious. it was very clean also and the breakfast had a great variety. plenty of parking was available. This fact made things easier.
the room was very warm. it was difficult to cool even with a fan. the exit and entrance from main road was quite tricky depending on time. i noticed they do not include any face flannel.
