aggressive tone customer service

The room faced the beach. The staff was pleasant.

I left my pillow in the room after checking out. The manager emailed me with an aggressive tone, claiming I replaced their pillow. They charged me £50, saying they could not accept my pillow back because they could not guarantee it was free from allergens.

the rooms were always super clean and thats super important! breakfast was freshly cooked, i love that. the location provided easy parking, so i had no stress about my car!

elegant scheme high quality amazing shower

This place is really tasteful. i loved the attention to detail. The colour scheme felt elegant and the materials seemed high quality. There was also a coffee machine with a fridge. A big TV was also available. The shower was amazing, it felt so luxurious after a day exploring.

The stairs seemed like a trek, especially after a long day. There wasn't a lift. it would be so nice to have one

This hotel is just across from the beach. its closeness to the seafront made it perfect for morning walks. it felt very calming and peaceful. A real escape.
