The cleanliness was quite good. Everything seemed very well kept.

I was frustrated that the minibar was not consistently restocked. It started early and really disrupted my sleep. i reported this to the front desk, they didn't seem to take it seriously, offering no solution or alternative room.

the minibar was not refilled daily as promised. housekeeping did not replace used towels one day. i found this oversight unacceptable given the room rate. the promised city view from my room was obstructed by a large tree.

the location was great. it was very central. Our room, a superior room, was beautiful. IT was very spacious and super clean. the staff were wonderful and friendly. they always provided help when needed.

the ice machine on my floor was empty ONE evening.

the location was really great, very close to many key attractions. the rooftop bar gave amazing views (i really enjoyed it). the room was lovely, and the staff were always friendly and willing to help with taxi arrangements. i also appreciated the underground parking.

The fridge in my room was quite small. I could barely fit my water bottle inside.
