helpful staff good selection tea possibility closed bar
i found the staff really helpful. they gave me great details about sites on a map. the breakfast was easy to book and there was a good selection of food.
the hotel lacked coffee and tea facilities. also, the bar remained closed the entire day. it was inconvenient.

great location friendly staff spacious room strange shape dirty fridge mold issue
The location was good. It was close to many shops and restaurants! the staff were all friendly, too. the room felt spacious. It was nice to have enough room to move around. the bathroom was also very good.
The room was a strange shape! the fridge wasn't very clean! there was mold in the shower. chair cushions and terrace furniture were dirty. That wasn't ideal.

A romantic getaway
spacious suite wooden ceiling quiet ambiance fantastic location
I especially enjoyed the spacious suite with its unique wooden ceiling. The beds were HUGE, and it felt SO cozy. the location was also fantastic. it was close to the city center and good restaurants. i appreciated the quiet ambiance, too.

low safe missing umbrella
The staff was helpful providing details about local sites on a map. That was acceptable.
The safe was on the floor. It wasn't user-friendly. the terrace was large, but there was no sun umbrella. i wish they would have added this detail.

hard mattress difficult parking
The bed was quite hard. A softer mattress would improve the sleep quality. The air conditioning was also difficult to regulate. Even on the lowest setting, it was too strong to leave on while I slept. I had to open the window, but the street noise made for a restless night. The parking was difficult, too. It was tough to maneuver even a small car.
