the staff at breakfast were attentive. they provided useful information on local attractions. the air conditioning worked well. it offered a needed respite from the heat. the hotel's location was convenient. i could easily walk to both the santa cruz and macarena districts. the cathedral was approximately 700 meters away.

my room's window was thickly glazed. i could not see through it, impacting the sense of privacy and light.

rita provided superb customer service prior to and . the hotel staff accommodated my request for a late checkout. they were very charming and helpful, a testament to their dedication. overall, it was a very professional experience.
