The location was central. I walked everywhere! staff were accommodating regarding late check-out. the building has traditional features and sits on a quiet back street. the roof terrace is a great spot.

the stairs were narrow and old, making it difficult to carry suitcases up two floors, and there was no elevator.

quiet stay in a charming location

attentive staff convenient location effective air conditioning

the staff at breakfast were attentive. they provided useful information on local attractions. the air conditioning worked well. it offered a needed respite from the heat. the hotel's location was convenient. i could easily walk to both the santa cruz and macarena districts. the cathedral was approximately 700 meters away.

my room's window was thickly glazed. i could not see through it, impacting the sense of privacy and light.

rita provided superb customer service prior to and . the hotel staff accommodated my request for a late checkout. they were very charming and helpful, a testament to their dedication. overall, it was a very professional experience.

poor room expensive night

i was a bit disappointed with my room. there wasn't a proper window to look out of. i knew there wasn't a lift, but i wish i had been told there were 59 steps to my room, number 12. £150 a night felt very expensive for what i got.
