"In the room (we were in no. 3) on the first floor, at the front of the building and with a wonderful sea view, the pier just to your right, we had a double (very comfy) and single bed (family room), a tv, mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer, 2 sets of draws, a good size wardrobe and bathroom with shower."

Really good service and convenient location

sea view clean room generous service

Diana greeted me warmly and upgraded my room to one with a sea view. The room was so clean. I found a full-length mirror in there which was important. The hotel allowed me extra time in the morning.

the location was convenient to the pier so that was alright

the shared balcony was a surprise i felt it lacked privacy the double bed in the family room was too small it also affected my stay the curtain pole was sagging and the curtains had holes

non-functional fan missing blackout curtains

I found several issues I must report. The fan in the room did not work. It was quite important for air circulation. Blackout curtains are needed, as the room became very bright in the early morning. This made it difficult to sleep later. It is unacceptable.

faulty tv hot water

the tv in the single room didn't work , which was annoying. i spent ages trying to re-set it up , but it was futile. the cold water was contantly hot , , made showering uncomfortable. a fan was not provided , and the room was very hot.

Superb Seaside Stay

The room was very clean. It also featured a balcony with views overlooking the sea. I found attention to guest needs in the room itself, like the backlit mirror and provided glass tumblers.
