the hotel location is Great with supermarkets very near. Staff provided me help with parking. The rooms do have city themes. Rooms do offer two big beds.
the heating was inadequate. the room was Not heated when I arrived. i went down to the reception. i was informed i had to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up.

inadequate heatingcramped room
The room had inadequate heating when I arrived. I went to the reception about it three times because there was NO contact phone in the room. The electric heater in the room did not work initially, but they changed it thankfully. The room itself was cramped (I booked the most affordable option, I get it), but moving around was difficult. Housekeeping was also LACKING because the maids didn't properly make the bed but threw the sheets over it.

the staff was friendly. the hotel provided easy public transit from the airport via bus 369. tram 17 offered access to the museum district and centraal station.
the cleaners may not be great as my room was dirty and had dead mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling from previous guests.
