the premium room was very spacious. i really liked how clean the kitchenette was. it was also very useful, especially the microwave. i even got a complimentary breakfast package at my arrival. the coffee machine by the reception is a very nice touch.

i did notice a slight cannabis odor in the corridor, despite the posted prohibition.

the staff was very helpful when i asked for anything i needed. the hotel had been newly opened and renovated so very neat place. it is also right next to a full sized grocery store. it is a short walk to the amstel metro station too.

the location is a mix of residential and commercial buildings so it is very quiet. there are no restaurants close by to get any food other than a local lidl supermarket. you would need to eat in town before heading back to the hotel for the evening. it's about a 10 min walk from amstel station.

dead mosquitosinconsistent shower

the cleanliness left something to be desired i found some dead mosquitos on the walls it was not very appealing the room was also quite noisy i could hear everything happening in the hallway it reminded me of people were inside my room. the shower temperature was inconsistent it would suddenly become scolding hot this felt unsafe and could easily cause burns. the overall experience was disappointing considering the price i paid for the room.
