nice and clean near vaporetto
easy location kind people clean rooms
the location was easy to find. front desk people were courteous and kind. they helped me get a water taxi to the airport, i appreciated they waited until late at night for the taxi's arrival. the hotel rooms were clean and near the vaporetto to st marks square.

rooms felt traditional italian and were nicely decorated. online photos do not show how good they are. rooms was clean and large, i did like it.

luggage storage was available, they held it when i arrived early. location was near peggy guggenheim museum and a short walk to st marks area, i liked it.
