i am so happy about everything there. staff were super kind and helpful. room was super clean and beautifully designed. location was perfect and atmosphere felt so relaxing.

the lighting system seems a little old, but that didn't bother me too much.

i liked the proximity to main attractions. It was easy to walk to St Mark's Square. The staff helped a lot, especially Frederico. he gave us good tips for restaurants.

my room was not as spacious as i expected. The breakfast had few options. the air conditioning was not intuitive, IT needed Instructions.

The staff were helpful and friendly . they checked me in early. My flight arrived early. breakfast was good. There was a terrace available for eating outside. i really enjoyed the beautiful bathroom in my room. the terrace overlooked the canal, lovely.

the tv had only two english channels available. the shower had a window looking directly at the neighbours. a frosted window would have been ideal for privacy. there were minor drawbacks with this.

advantageous location wide choice helpful staff small room no kettle difficult air conditioning

the location proved very advantageous. breakfast offered many choices. the staff was generally amiable, however one member was particulary helpful. the room was clean, and that was important.

the room was quite small, which i found to be inconvenient. i didn't like no kettle was provided. the air conditioning was unusually difficult to operate at first, and that annoyed me.
