i was a bit disappointed with the noise levels. my room faced a busy canal area. i could hear boats passing at all hours, and it was hard to sleep soundly. the constant sounds of engines and water lapping against the walls were not very relaxing, especially early in the morning.

The location was great because it was close to the boats going to the train station.

The service here is really lacking and disappointing. The manager told a fib that there were no twin beds in the entire place and we had to sleep in a room with connected twin beds. The pillows were as thin as paper.

The location was fantastic! it made it easy to see many attractions. the room was cleaned every day, so that was great. also, the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was a relief after walking around all day.

i found that the sound insulation wasn't great at all. i could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms. the pillows were quite thin, which wasn't too comfortable. also, there wasn't a kettle in the room, which would have been useful for making tea.

The location was AMAZING, it was very close to Rialto bridge. The room was super clean. The toilet facilities were great. Check-in was effortless, aided by helpful films from the manager.

The isolation between rooms was very BAD.
