faulty safeleaking rain

Upon arrival, the safe DIDN'T open. The TV also failed to work. Key cards needed reprogramming EVERY day. rain even leaked into the room. I couldn't even fit the large cups into the Nespresso machine. The staff were friendly but lacked responsibility regarding these issues.

The tv didn't work, AND the wet room had a sewage smell. i reported both to management. They couldn't fix the tv, but offered another room.

faulty tvloose tap

The tv in my 'superior double or twin room' didn't work. This was frustrating. also, the bathroom tap was loose. It. the staff acknowledged these issues but did not resolve them before my departure, disappointing. i expected better maintenance for the price i paid.

the building is just beautiful. i had a short walk through the grounds to the little church. i spent most of my time in the apothecary bar playing board games. a very comfortable bed and a large modern shower room were amazing!

the bins weren't emptied from previous guests. there was only a continental breakfast available. i asked to cancel the overpriced breakfast. i was told i would get a refund but at check out i was told otherwise.
