The food at the restaurant WAS DELICIOUS! I enjoyed both lunch and dinner. The spa facilities were very nice. There was lots to choose from. The outdoor pool had amazing views of the welsh valleys!

I was unaware of being on a dog-friendly floor when i booked.

I FOUND the location convenient, near local attractions. The room was spacious and very CLEAN. I ALSO found modern amenities included in my room. I ENJOYED the restaurant and the bar on site.

I noticed SOME empty ketchup bottles at breakfast , it was a bit off-putting.
