I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean (a good start!). The location was great. Breakfast was lovely, and there was lots of choice.
The steps at the entrance might be difficult for some guests to manage.

The hotel is close to the railway and the shops. The front is a short walk away, so the location is central. This makes it easy to get around. Venue cymru is near.

the location was fantastic i found myself close to the train station and the promenade the spacious room featured lovely sea views and was well-decorated. breakfast was nice i ate it in the morning the staff were friendly too
the shower head needed descaling i noticed some black bits came off in the water

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
exposed wiringbathroom mold
The room was not good. The bedside lamp didnt work and there was exposed wiring. Paint cracked on the walls and mold grew in the bathroom. Some of the bathroom lights only turn on sometimes. I expected more even at a cheap price.
