the room was warm and clean. the bed was comfortable to sleep on. i had tea and coffee facilities at my disposal.

the bedside lights in my room weren't bright enough to read. there was no hot water in the bathroom shower initially. i found the lighting to be insufficient.

friendly staff clean environment amazing food

i found the staff at reception friendly and cute. they clearly explained the hotel's amenities and hours of operation. the food in the restaurant was amazing!!! everything was cleaned and tidy.

the duvet had a lot of stains on it, a bit disappointing.

the hotel's location is good for trips to see family. several car parking places are available around the area, so there is no trouble parking. york bird of prey is literally on the doorstep.

The hotel is located a short drive from tourist locations. The setting was very quiet and conducive to relaxation. Staff members were friendly. I also enjoyed the bar area.
