location was great. it was very close to the main square, castle, and river walks. the staff are friendly and they allowed us to book in early and park our car. there were tea bags and coffee bags in the room. biscuits and hot chocolate sachets were also there.
corridors and stair wells to rooms was filthy. the room didn't look too bad at first but after a few minutes i realised that was pretty grotty too. water was left in kettle. the bedding was not matching the bed size.

my room included a very comfy bed. the bathroom was quite big. i also found on site parking very handy. breakfast was also very nice. there was a lot of choice at the buffet.

fantastic stay

superb locationcomfortable bedsreally good quality
the location was superb. it was a short walk from shops and tourist spots! the beds were comfortable. they surpassed the big chain hotel we stayed at the week before. i found the pillows to be of really good quality, too.
The coffee bags weren't particularly to my liking. That's all, though.
