attentive staff comfortable bed loose leaf tea missing balcony small room promised facilities
The staff were friendly throughout my stay. My room had a comfortable bed and two armchairs. Loose leaf tea was served each morning which was a lovely addition.
The room I booked said it had a balcony, but it was a small simple room. I did not get the balcony, nor did I have other promised facilities. This was disappointing as I paid for a room with certain features.
