The tv had issues. None of the extra channels actually worked, displaying just an "error. Retry" message over and over. the food was another letdown. It just wasn't up to par, especially given the price. i expected much better.

The staff were friendly throughout my stay. My room had a comfortable bed and two armchairs. Loose leaf tea was served each morning which was a lovely addition.

The room I booked said it had a balcony, but it was a small simple room. I did not get the balcony, nor did I have other promised facilities. This was disappointing as I paid for a room with certain features.
