my room, a standard king room , was quite spacious. i was pleased to see a large desk, useful for working. parking was readily available and free , once i arrived.

the lift was out of service , a definite inconvenience. carrying heavy bags up the stairs was not ideal , once i had to do so. the bathroom vent, when not activated, allowed cigarette smoke to fill the room at night , a significant issue.

the room was well laid out and very clean. the car park provided ample space for vehicles. the staff members were polite and friendly. i appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant.

the pillows provided were not the most comfortable.

totally awesome stay!

i loved how easy check-in was, so fast! the bed was super comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud. i really appreciated the free on-site parking, that's a huge plus! the location is fab.

the tv remote batteries were a little weak.

The room was clean and large, i found it to be a practical space. It was only a short walk to the bus stops, i really appreciated that. Free parking was available, but it got busy in the evening. I still found a spot though.

The room had uncarpeted floors so i could hear some noise from other rooms, that was a bit disruptive.

the room was a good size. the shower room also had a good size and included plenty toiletries. the secure parking was great. there was a lift to all floors.

There were no plug sockets next to the bed. there was no breakfast on site. the bathroom fan was very noisy when it was on. It was quite distracting.
