The staff explained everything clearly. The location is perfect for ski lift access. You can walk just ten minutes to town. Breakfast was very tasty and included scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and fruit! A kettle was available in the room, and the balcony view was fabulous.
The room's carpet seemed old.

The hotel features a sauna, a dry area, and a steam room. There are a few restaurants nearby but many more are a fifteen-minute walk away. The hotel is only one hundred and sixty steps to the Matterhorn Express gondola.

The room was clean and modern with a lovely view to wake up to. The bathroom was fully tiled with bright LED lights. The balcony was three times the size of the room and had no buildings obstructing the view.

The hotel is right next door to the cable car. It is also a sixty-second walk to the free public bus. The bus can take you to the train station, village center, and funicular to Sunegga.

The breakfast was really good and included in the rate. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of delicious choices. The food was AMAZING!!!

the breakfast room offered very nice views. the breakfast was varied too. staff was friendly, the reception team helped with planning.
the sauna lacked proper lighting, with broken sand timers.

varied breakfastfriendly staff
the location provided quick access to the glacier paradise lift, saving valuable time. i found the breakfast buffet generous, with a high quality selection of items. the view of the matterhorn from the breakfast room was especially nice. the staff helped me a lot .
