My room had a Twin Room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast included eggs, bread, cheese, and ham!!! The room was cleaned daily.
The key had a large, uncomfortable keychain.

The hotel's facilities felt quite old. It felt a little cheap. My room was close to the shared bathroom, so it was noisy when people used it. The breakfast had a small selection, it was not good.

the location provided easy access to the main train station. breakfast included a good selection of items. i appreciated the clean room, it was spacious. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
Soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear noise from both the hallway and neighboring rooms. this made sleeping difficult at times. the shared bathroom situation was not ideal either.

helpful staff travel pass central location warm room noisy hallway small room
the staff were friendly and helpful i checked in and out smoothly the hotel gave me a daily travel pass for the city zone getting to the main train station only took 10 minutes the location was central to tourist spots. my room faced the mountains i appreciated this view the tv lounge had board games to play
the room got warm making it hard to sleep i found noise in the hallway i waited to check out as the reception wasn't friendly the room was small it was not well equipped the communal toilet was close and noisy

the breakfast buffet had great options to choose from. the room had a sink, very convenient. i appreciated the close proximity to the bus stop. this made getting around easy.
the shared bathroom setup was not ideal. there was only one toilet on the floor. i also found the walls to be thin. i could easily hear noise from other rooms. the large key was also somewhat inconvenient.
