convenient location helpful staff usb points
the location proved convenient with easy access to transportation. the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness and warmth throughout my visit. my room had recent refurbishment and featured modern design elements. i appreciated the usb charging points that were present in the room.
the slow wifi was a slight inconvenience.

convenient supermarket nice design good room size
I loved the proximity to everything! the large migros supermarket across the street was super convenient. the design of the hotel was also really nice, so stylish! my room was a good size considering the location and price.

solid location, minor issues
great location professional staff suitcase holding
i found the location great. shops are around and supermarkets are close. andrew and daniel were professional at check in. they held my suitcases so i could start walking around.
the staff were odd. there was no handwash in bathroom sink. the parking discount system awkward because i needed pay within an hour at the hotel even though the car park is 10 minutes away.

great location fluent english cozy setup transportation access
location was great with supermarkets nearby. the staff were very professional. my room had a cozy setup. they spoke fluent english. i found transportation access easy.
street noise woke me up sometimes. acoustic insulation seems poor. i could hear conversations next door.

the lobby offers a quiet space for relaxation. i noticed a smaller meeting room on the first floor. the area provides a quiet setting to wait in, away from any disturbances. i could consider this for a small conference, perhaps.

convenient and well-located stay
helpful staff blackout curtains useful supermarket ironing room
the hotel staff was helpful. i received clear instructions for accessing the ironing room on the third floor. (i needed it for a quick touch-up before a meeting) the blackout curtains worked well. the supermarket opposite the hotel was very useful.
the room i had was slightly compact.

great location helpful staff early check in faulty air conditioning street noise awkward parking system
The location was superb. It was a short walk to the main train station and a large Migros supermarket was just across the road. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with an early check in.
The air conditioning did not seem to work very well. The temperature in the room never felt cool enough, even when set to the lowest setting. I also found the noise from outside quite disruptive. I could hear street noise throughout the night and parking system seemed awkward.
