i liked that my urban king room was modern and clean. the location was also great. it was very convenient being right across from the central station. the staff offered attentive service and were really helpful.

I found the gym a bit small. It only had a few machines.

my experience began with an underwhelming arrival to a building that looked really neglected, it had a dusty facade. the tv in the room was outdated, it was mounted too high. i found a real lack of basic amenities, it was disappointing.
