the hotel location was good, especially for access TO the bus station. From there, it was only four stops till i reached the airport. Breakfast was also amazing and it HAS many options.

the room aircondition wasn't working so it was too warm. There was no phone IN the room. I couldn't contact the reception and our room WAS at the far end.

the temperature control did not work. i tried to adjust it but the room stayed too warm. staff said they centrally controlled the temperature and i could not change anything. i didn't like this policy because i want some control over my comfort.

the receptionist helpfully provided rooms with an adjoining door for my family, convenient. i also found the location ideal for plane spotting (my daughter enjoys it). the proximity to the airport bus stop was a definite plus, as it simplified our early morning departure (it runs frequently).

the air conditioning seemed to circulate air instead of cooling it, so my room felt quite warm. i found this uncomfortable, especially with the limited window opening.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient. The bus stop outside made travel simple. Breakfast included clearly labelled vegan options, I was pleased. The staff were helpful and checking in was simple.

I found no phone service in the room. It was difficult to call for assistance in case of emergency. The hotel should have a free shuttle service. It would encourage longer stays. There was no operable safe in the room. The door jam was broken too.
