the staff IS REALLY helpful answering questions. i appreciated the spacious room, especially AS the neighborhood WAS quiet. furthermore, the gym, THOUGH small, allowed me to keep up with my fitness goals.

the pictures online DID not reflect the actual condition of the hotel rooms. the furniture WAS worn out, and i noticed hairs on the table. the most disappointing thing WAS the silverfish.

I found the room well-equipped with basic kitchen facilities. this made it easy for me to prepare simple meals. fresh towels and essentials were available upon request. This worked fine. the location was close to public transportation!!!

the room cleanliness was excellent. the kitchen had everything i needed, like a good machine for coffee and tea bags.

i found a strong musty odor in the room. the king bed was actually two single beds connected, not ideal.

i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the downstairs lounge. the kitchenette was well equipped, and there were plenty of towels provided.

the laundry room was small with only two washers and two dryers.
