i found all staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast included generous portions. free parking proved convenient and provided ample space. the grounds was lovely offering an option for outdoor meals.
The hotel seemed to need a little tlc. It was minor though.

the room did have air con, so i wasn't completely miserable.
the shower water was only cold. needing to shower twice daily because of health issues made it less than ideal. i think i'll just bring my own kettle next time as well.

I arrived after a lengthy journey, and i was greeted warmly! a lovely lady welcomed me and offered chef-baked cookies. the room was spacious and impeccably clean. i especially appreciated the jacuzzi bath and robes. They were a lovely touch. the large bathroom included a double washbasin.
i did notice that the main door was locked when i arrived a bit early, though the staff quickly resolved this minor inconvenience.

The hotel's surroundings provided a peaceful atmosphere for my stay. It allowed for a relaxing experience. the quiet area was perfect for unwinding, and the overall environment enhanced my visit considerably, i enjoyed it.

the room featured plenty of storage areas and ample seating, i really appreciated that. a large tv was available, along with tea and coffee-making facilities, a hair dryer, and free wifi. there was also an ironing board and an iron, so practical.

The location was awesome! the grounds were beautiful and well kept. the customer service was definitely 5 stars. the chefs did an amazing job, cooking to order. The food was worth every penny!
the blind was broken in the bathroom, though a staff member tried to fix it, it was still broken. the spa bath did not work and there was no hot water after filling the bath once! i was given incorrect information about the room at first, though that was a minor inconvenience.

the suite was spot on. it was clean and spacious. it was right at the top of the staircase, so i did not wander around to find the room. staff were friendly and helpful.
there was an iron burn mark on the carpet next to the bed. the robes in the wardrobe were rough and stiff. i did not use them.
