Acceptable, but Some Issues
malfunctioning air conditioning jamming toilet door
The room was an adequate size.
I arrived to find the air conditioning unit was not working correctly. It groaned loudly at short intervals. This made sleeping difficult. The toilet door also jammed, a frustrating feature of the bathroom

central location nice bar pleasant room
i liked the room. it had a central location for getting around. the bar was nice for unwinding (i had a long day).

Adequate Stay with UNEXPECTED issues
street noise loud air conditioning
The room faced the street. There was significant noise from trams late into the night. This made sleeping difficult. the air conditioning was quite loud. These factors combined to create a less than ideal sleeping environment, something I value highly.

great selection friendly staff needed room
the breakfast had a great selection, and i really liked the voucher system when i skipped the room cleaning. the staff was very friendly. my room had everything i needed.

crowded breakfast street noise
the breakfast area was quite crowded during peak hours. it was difficult to find a free table. the noise from the street was noticeable, even on a higher floor. i heard streetcars late into the night, a constant disturbance.

excellent service breakfast buffet
The service in the restaurant was very nice!!! The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The night menu has fewer options. the pizza was AMAZING. The location is a short walk to the city center, about 15 minutes.
The bathroom lacked an extraction fan, so smells lingered, and it got steamy.

non-functional air conditioning uncomfortable warm room
The hotel's location proved convenient, offering easy access to transportation options. The breakfast had a nice selection of food (especially the fresh fruit).
I encountered two notable issues . The air conditioning unit in my room was not working and despite reporting it, no fix was was great. This made the room uncomfortably warm (I think I should have complained more).
