I found the cleaning service excellent. the reception service was also excellent, very cute. the breakfast had a great atmosphere. It seemed like a morning oasis of peace. i loved the really good location. I could easily walk to many sights.
The air conditioner in my room did not cool enough, even on maximum. the double mattress felt springy and uncomfortable. i could feel every movement from my partner. It wasn't restful. There was no assistance offered with luggage for the 5th floor.

the room was clean. personnel was courteous. i got extra blankets. the breakfast staff suggested a better mustard for the white sausage! the service was amazing.
The bathroom was very small! the walls were also thin. i could clearly hear people in the next room. That was a bit of a bother.

the room i had was quite small. it had dated decor and didn't feel worth the cost. there were hardly any facilities. i thought paying that much for a couple of nights would include free tea or coffee in the room, but no. instead, i would have had to pay extra to open a bag of tea and coffee. i found this insulting.
