A pleasant 7-minute walk will lead you to the airport water dock, where the 'ALILAGUNA' orange line waterboat offers a direct route to the Rialto boat stop. From there, continue for about 2 minutes down 'Calle Bembo', which turns into 'Calle dei Fabbri', and you'll find the hotel on your left just before the bridge.
