my room had every needed amenity and was well situated. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. the hotel bar had a spacious lobby for hanging out, so that was nice. it.

the room was quite small, though. it had narrow stairs with no elevator, which wasn't easy.

central location friendly staff clean room useful charger

I found the location excellent, right between the rialto bridge and st mark's square. It made getting around so easy. the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and assistance! the room was very clean, with all the essentials i needed for a comfortable stay. i especially liked the usb wall charger, very useful!

helpful staff welcome drink kind attitude tiny room adjacent toilet misleading description

the staff were helpful from beginning to check out. they showed a kind attitude at this hotel. i received a welcome drink and a few appetizers and then i had my nice room. i could also leave my luggage at the reception.

the rooms are very tiny. the bathroom toilet is literally adjacent to the tub with no space in between. we even tried to figure out where to keep our luggage and this was with the double room we booked. we had booked a room with canal view however, the description was very misleading.

A pleasant 7-minute walk will lead you to the airport water dock, where the 'ALILAGUNA' orange line waterboat offers a direct route to the Rialto boat stop. From there, continue for about 2 minutes down 'Calle Bembo', which turns into 'Calle dei Fabbri', and you'll find the hotel on your left just before the bridge.
