i was super impressed! the breakfast selection included parmesan and roasted vegetables. our superior double or twin room featured daily excellent cleaning and a complimentary prosecco. the location was excellent, a short walk to the central square.
the room was very small, which i found slightly inconvenient.

excellent city location
helpful staff fun theme
i found the staff very helpful and efficient. taxis can easily pick up and drop off in front of the hotel. the room i stayed in was clean and featured a fun lobster theme. the location is great for exploring the historic city center.
I didn't like cardboard cups in the bedroom, they burned my fingers. the kettle and tea and coffee were under the eaves. I bumped my head a few times.

central location air conditioning pillow type breakfast variety
the location was very central to everything. i walked to the main attractions and restaurants easily. my room had air conditioning, i did appreciate that. the hotel also offers different pillow types for the room. breakfast included a good variety.
i noticed slight wear and tear on some furniture, like minor scratches.

the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. i observed them assisting other guests with directions and recommendations. they arranged luggage storage after checkout and were quick to respond to requests.

The location is superb. It is in the heart of everything. Breakfast had such a good choice of items I was spoiled for choice. The staff showed genuine helpfulness, which I found really charming!!!
The elevator had a slight delay on one occasion, but it was quickly resolved.

efficient staff excellent location soft towels old furniture missing toilet paper stuck shower
the staff was very efficient they were always ready to help. the location is excellent to explore the city center on foot. the room was clean with soft towels provided.
our room felt dated with old furniture it looked like it was not very well kept. there was no toilet paper in the room. the shower partially stuck which was a minor issue.
