i found the staff very helpful and efficient. taxis can easily pick up and drop off in front of the hotel. the room i stayed in was clean and featured a fun lobster theme. the location is great for exploring the historic city center.
I didn't like cardboard cups in the bedroom, they burned my fingers. the kettle and tea and coffee were under the eaves. I bumped my head a few times.
