Charming stay central!

central location considerate staff

the hotel has a central location, that helped. my room was a great size, its cleanliness was great. staff made sure coffee and tea supplies were topped up, that was considerate.

Noise was a challenge. Outside the hotel, revving cars and bar noise were present. banging doors at 2:30 am disturbed sleep. a quieter environment is desired.

the hotel is close TO the town square. this placement allowed for easy access to shops and restaurants. I found it very convenient for exploring main attractions on foot without difficulty.

clean room local restaurants

the room was very clean and included a tv. storing my bags after check out was possible, so i could visit the castle. i also found many local restaurants nearby, convenient.

the water flow in the shower was very weak. i also noticed a small number of hangers in the wardrobe so more would have been helpful.

Solid Hotel Centrally Located

comfortable bed central location

My room included a comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was central, close to the castle and square. I found this convenient, though the stairs to the rooms might pose a challenge for some. The hotel's access to the town was very easy.

The noise from the pub below was noticeable. It continued until late and disrupted my sleep. It could benefit from better soundproofing. Also parking was hard to find

I stopped for a meal, and the portions were of a good size. I tried the linguine in a creamy sauce. It had chicken and chorizo, though the service was a little slow it was made fresh
