this place is very family run. it features very good service and such lovely decor. the suite had picturesque views of the estuary. i greeted was with prosecco on arrival. it was a warm welcome.

the check in took a bit longer, i think they are a little understaffed. it was not a big issue, i received a welcome drink.

The included breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety of options available each morning. The views from the hotel grounds were noteworthy. I could see the estuary and the surrounding landscape. The hotel was also very clean and well-kept. It gave a generally positive first impression.

The pillows were not comfortable (they felt too soft). This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Outside seating felt insufficient. There was also no visible management presence during dinner service. It seemed to affect the overall service quality.

The staff was friendly and cute. I received a complimentary drink upon arrival. the secure parking gave me peace of mind. the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend it. the views from the front of the hotel were fantastic.

The pillows were too soft. I couldn't get comfortable with them.

The hotel provides fine views, these are certainly nice. it is an excellent base for exploring the region. Having a car is useful. the manor sits above a lodge and caravan park, it does not detract from the hotel
