a fairly average experience

uncomfortable bedoutside noise

the room seemed a little dated to me the bed really was not comfortable i actually had trouble falling asleep. also the noise from outside was pretty bad i could hear cars and trucks all night. i think some thicker windows would really help with that

the staff were friendly and helpful. nothing was too much trouble for anyone including the night porter. food service was excellent. beds and pillows are very comfortable. rooms were clean with excellent food and service. i found convenient parking with ample space. the location offers ease of access to nearby routes.

The usb ports in my room were not functional. I found the price for coffee from the machine somewhat high.

The room was cold. The heating system just didn't work. So, the only way was to warm up in bed.
