“The location is undoubtedly a draw, steps from the beach and promenade, plus the bar seems to be a real social hub, even for those staying elsewhere. Staff are clearly a strong point; guests consistently praise their friendliness and willingness to assist. While the building may show its age in places, the direct access to the seafront is a definite advantage.”
