I had to ask for the bed to be changed to a twin twice as the order wasn't right the first time. the restaurant service was not good. No dessert menu was offered at first, and then no one took our order. the bannisters were sticky and needed to be cleaned.

The minibar was empty upon arrival. I reported this but it was not restocked . the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. I found only one small bar of soap and no shampoo.

The hotel team provided a named parking space upon my arrival. It was so thoughtful. the evening meal was delicious. I had a fantastic time. breakfast was included, with a full welsh breakfast. the entire hotel felt super clean!!!
