I found a reserved parking spot. Breakfast included delicious Glamorgan sausages. A vegetarian delight! The hotel staff was very friendly. They enhanced my stay!

restaurant service sticky bannisters

I had to ask for the bed to be changed to a twin twice as the order wasn't right the first time. the restaurant service was not good. No dessert menu was offered at first, and then no one took our order. the bannisters were sticky and needed to be cleaned.

The room faced the main road. This made it very noisy. The room also became far too hot.

i had to ask for the bed to be changed to a twin as that was my order. apparently, the hotel had no spare linen. a staff member saved the day (that was lucky).

Breakfast included many choices and arrived quickly.

The minibar was empty upon arrival. I reported this but it was not restocked . the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. I found only one small bar of soap and no shampoo.

The hotel team provided a named parking space upon my arrival. It was so thoughtful. the evening meal was delicious. I had a fantastic time. breakfast was included, with a full welsh breakfast. the entire hotel felt super clean!!!
