the staff were wonderfully cute and helpful. the rooms were very comfy and tidy. the food was delicious (i particularly enjoyed the breakfast).

i noticed there were several entrances, but no signs. the bar was very busy. the shower cubicle was quite small, a bit inconvenient.

The staff were friendly, even offering banter. the pub had a lovely atmosphere, locals frequent it, it felt comforting! dinner met expectations. A good mix and match option was available for breakfast.

the room did have a slightly musty smell at first.

Jane provided amazing customer service. She answered all my questions before my visit and was very helpful. the staff was always happy and willing to chat, they shared good knowledge of local attractions to meet my needs.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. my room was very very comfy and tidy. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and delicious. the evenings were just as wonderful, with fabulous food from a menu with a variety of choices and daily specials.

the parking situation could be challenging when the pub was busy, with spaces filling up quickly.

the bar was reasonably priced with a good selection of beers. the evening meal was nice with decent portions. the room was spacious enough for three people it had a great bath and shower.

the photos did not reflect reality. the rooms are small and poorly arranged i bumped into things . the outside looks nice but is not well maintained with papers and plastics on the ground for several days.

The room i booked reeked of sewage. I suspect the drains or pipes have been neglected for decades. there was also a squished spider decorating the bathroom floor. It seems cleaning isn't a high priority.

The bar proved quite friendly .

I found the room's cleanliness unacceptable. There was toilet bowl cleaner left in the bowl upon arrival. The carpet also had food crumbs, and a damp towel was under the bed. It just didn't feel clean.
