reasonable stay, some issues noticed

easy access four poster bed window chairs tatty room door lock peeling paintwork

the location was good. it had easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was lovely. they was helpful. i had a comfortable room with a four poster bed. it had window chairs where i could relax.

the room was not only tatty, but dirty too. the door lock was coming loose from the door. some of the wallpaper was stained and hanging off the wall. the area around the window was tatty. it had peeling paintwork.

i had a luxury four-poster room front. the room included plenty of tea and coffee. sandra was helpful and. the location was great and the room was clean.

the wi-fi signal was sometimes a little weak, but i was able to manage.

the hotel is super close to the seafront. the convenience is excellent for exploring the area and enjoying the coastal views, because everything is just a short walk away.

a decent stay with some minor issues

plentiful breakfast helpful staff great location stale smoke peeling wallpaper cracked tiles

the breakfast was plentiful with many options. sandra, at check-in, was lovely and explained everything clearly. the location is great (close to many amenities).

the corridors had a noticeable smell of stale smoke. i observed peeling wallpaper in the bedroom. there were cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, i didn't like that.

the breakfast service was acceptable. it included a standard selection of items.

I was disappointed to find several maintenance issues. the bathroom had cracked floor tiles. also, there was peeling wallpaper in the bedroom. I noted the windows would not stay open without being propped.
