the family room really surprised me with lots of tea, coffee, and milk. they even included toffee waffles, a good touch! plenty of fresh towels were available. the whole place was immaculate, a big plus for me. the check-in was quick, and the staff were very polite.

The breakfast costs an additional fee, which wasn't initially clear. It would be helpful to know this beforehand, though.

Our room had comfortable beds and a good supply of pillows. There were also ample electrical outlets for charging devices, always useful. the room also featured blackout curtains, a nice addition. it ensured a restful night's sleep.

Wonderful Dog-Friendly Experience

The staff were very helpful with our dog. They gave us a pet-friendly room near a fire exit, very convenient. When we had dinner in the restaurant, they gave us our own section. The staff even offered to bring food to our room if our dog got scared.

the room was quiet. it was also fully stocked! I found a full bar downstairs, and the bistro provided a good dinner. the optional breakfast was well priced.

the bathroom had stains, so it didn't feel clean. I noticed water mold around the bath and shower? the toilet was very basic plastic.
