kind staff swimming pool view
the hotel staff was so kind i almost cried. i had a queen room balcony and it was wonderful. i slept so soundly there were stars in my dreams. the swimming pool view was like a painting

helpful staff clean hotel
The staff was so helpful. I felt blessed. the hotel was beautiful and very clean. (i especially enjoyed the deli across the street) there were lots of options for a fun time. i am definitely going back when i return!
i had to wait quite a while for the elevators. it took 20 minutes to get to my room sometimes. i hope they fix the elevator issue.

the hotel includes a pool on the roof with a party vibe in the evenings. there's a bar downstairs. the rooftop bar offers amazing views. also, the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes .

the food options are great. the hotel provides breakfast vouchers covering an entree and a side with coffee or tea. the pizza is delicious (though, the crust could have been cooked a little more).

The location is excellent. It is very centrally located. the area has a lot of vibe. You really don't need to leave the building. if you do decide to venture out, you'll find so much to do nearby.

city view convenient location comfortable linens easy exploration
I visited for a weekend getaway. i found the rooftop to be a major highlight. It gave great city views. the location was convenient, awesome for easy exploration of the surrounding areas. the bed linens felt particularly comfortable..
I found the room a bit small. It lacked sufficient space for luggage storage.

AMAZING stay with friendly staff!
clean hotel helpful staff late arrival
I arrived very late, around 3 AM, and the staff was SO helpful. The hotel looked great. It was also very clean.
The lifts were slow.

drafty room lacking valet
The absence of valet parking seemed like a throwback to a less civilized era. I had to navigate the urban jungle to find street parking. A real adventure, I must say. Room 410 suffered from a draft problem because the doors to the outside did not close properly. Despite attempts to adjust the thermostat, the temperature stubbornly remained at 67°F, I suppose this makes me feel like a penguin..

Fantastic Event Hosting and Stellar Service
efficient communication perfect room block nice dinner flexible guidance
We secured a room block with ninety room nights, a very large number. The team dinner for sixty at the Mirror Bar went without a hitch. Communication was efficient, specifically before and during the event. Rosalyn handled the room block perfectly, and Pablo and Victoria really made our dinner nice.
I did notice a faint sewage smell in the basement restrooms off the lobby, a very minor issue. I wish the hand dryers there were fully functional. That would be a nice improvement. The hotel should solve this.

The hotel is in a prime spot, well-connected to many local attractions, and it is surrounded by a nice selection of cafes, bars, and shops, offering many conveniences . The setting provides plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

The downstairs bar is great and the bartenders were very attentive. The breakfast was good (especially the pancakes!). The food and drinks were fantastic. All our guests commented how great they were.
