The hotel sits close to transit options. I appreciated the walkable distance to major attractions. I found the on-site restaurant, cafe, and bar to be particularly nice.
My room did not have tea or coffee facilities.

Every staff member were very good too ensure a great stay. They were helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Kenneth Addae's attention to detail and willingness to assist made a big difference, I appreciated that a lot.

I found the staff very helpful. i liked the cleanliness of the hotel, it was fresh. my room had floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city views. The design maximized space well. it was a standout choice. I felt charmed by the location and the quality.

the hotel is near times square and hudson yards. it made it easy to explore. the immediate area had many restaurants and shops, it was so charmed i loved it.

impersonal check-inobstructed view
The check-in process felt rushed and impersonal. I was given keys with little explanation. staff seemed more occupied with their own conversations. my room, though advertised as a king city, had a view mostly obstructed by scaffolding. It was annoying. also, the bathroom exhaust fan made a loud rattling noise whenever it ran.

The room felt cramped. THERE was barely enough space to move around comfortably. The promised city view turned out to overlook a noisy air conditioning unit. housekeeping was inconsistent. One day they forgot to replenish the water, and another day they didn't empty the trash.

the staff was quite friendly and helpful. i found it easy to reach the subway and many attractions from the location. the gym had modern equipment, which i appreciated.
The room i had was quite small. There was hardly any place to open a suitcase. i also noticed mediocre maintenance of the room equipment, like the shower head. the cleanliness wasn't superb either (i hoped for more).
