i found the location excellent near many attractions the staff was helpful especially with directions and recommendations the room was modern with comfortable bedding the housekeeping was consistent and maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

the elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours creating slight delays

the location was central i could easily walk to many attractions. bottled water was provided daily that was a nice touch.

the room i had lacked a coffee maker i found this inconvenient. ride services had difficulty reaching the hotel due to traffic i often walked to the corner.

the staff were so kind, and our room was very clean. yusuf helped arrange my transport back to jfk without any problem at all. this little kindness.

the area near the entrance did get quite busy, specially with times square right there. sometimes, arranged for ride services became a small challenge because of the traffic. i had to walk closer to the crosswalk for easier pickup.

i was charmed by the location near times square and the notebook play. my room was immaculate, very high-tech and quiet. the staff was friendly and.

the air conditioning seemed to automatically adjust at night, which caused the room to become too warm.
