the check-in was swift. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, right near times square. the room was modern and well-kept.
The wait times for the elevators during peak hours were longer than expected. This caused some delays when heading out in the morning.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. water refills were available at the gym.

the hotel is very close to times square. several subway stations are within a ten-minute walk. many restaurants and shops are easily accessible from the hotel. it is a great spot.

The front desk staff was consistently polite and helpful. the breakfast service was efficient, even during busy times. staff ensured the safety of children in the lobby. They are very caring.

Fantastic Stay Near Times Square!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Times Square. I enjoyed the well-organized breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff kept everything stocked and queues moved efficiently. The room was quiet despite the busy location, and the air conditioning worked very well were good.
The elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours.

i had a beautiful two queen beds room. the beds were comfortable. the cleanliness was good and daily servicing of the room was efficient. the hotel is near theaters and times square.
our room was not large. there was not much space. the elevators in the morning were full. i had to use the stairs.

The elevators were slow. I often waited over 20 minutes! it became very frustrating. also, the check-in process felt unnecessarily complicated and took a long time. i found the lack of clear communication about procedures disappointing! it.

The location was CENTRAL. Rooms were clean and tidy. The front desk staff was ALWAYS available and very helpful.
Elevator wait times were EXTREMELY long, especially during peak hours. Breakfast service had long queues. The opaque glass door in the bathroom offered minimal privacy.
