shabby room no response
The location was okay, walkable to some attractions.
the LIGHTING was not good. The room felt a little shabby, some paintwork was flaking and overall was like it needed a bit of a revamp. I also messaged the hotel about ordering a cake to the room AS visiting for my partners birthday but no one responded to my email.

Great Location and Excellent Service

The king size bedroom was spacious. The location provided easy access to many top areas and the subway. I also got an upgrade, and the room was perfect. The hotel bar had a very nice ambiance so I spent some evenings there.
The room was a bit dark.

I had breakfast in the lobby and the chia pudding included fresh figs. I got some coffee from Stumptown and it was very good.

The hotel is near the subway, with access to various parts of the city. Madison Square Park is nearby, offering opportunities for dog watching. The location has many restaurants and shopping options available within walking distance.

I appreciated the central location. It made getting around convenient. The front desk staff was helpful . My king-size bedroom was spacious (more room to relax is always a plus).
The room was old, and I found this disappointing. The bathroom was notably small. I disliked the shower curtain in the bathtub. A glass enclosure would improve this (at least for me).

central location friendly staff spacious room
i found the location quite central. it made getting around rather easy. the staff were also very helpful and friendly. the spacious rooms had comfortable beds too. i appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. the overall vibe was definitely appealing.
The lobby music was quite loud late at night. It was hard to relax there.

the lobby always had a lively atmosphere. the stumptown coffee in the lobby was AMAZING!!! i got a pastry to go with it. the hotel's location allowed for easy exploration of the area.
the room i had did not include a folk guitar, a feature i had been looking forward to.

helpful person excellent location excellent housekeeping
Kodie Harris at the front desk is a great asset. She helped me with some folio copies. The location is excellent as well! It makes it easy to access many attractions on foot. Housekeeping did a really good job maintaining the room.
The room felt somewhat shabby. The paintwork showed some flaking. I feel this should be addressed for the price I paid.

The staff is helpful. Kodie at the front desk is excellent and very professional. She handles requests for past folios with speed. I know I am in good hands.
