friendly staff ample breakfast convenient location

The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample (I especially enjoyed the coffee). The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach.

the staff was ok.

the mattress felt pretty old, it really need replaced. breakfast was included, but it was nothing special. i think a little more effort would have made it much better.

lovely stay!

warm welcome feather pillows

i was welcomed warmly. breakfast had a lovely selection of cereals. there was also orange juice and a full english. they topped up the tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the room every day. the beds were comfortable and i appreciated the feather pillows.

the kitchen, visible from the ground floor reception, looked very clean. it has modern appliances and stainless steel work surfaces. staff maintained the rooms daily, everything was tidy.

breakfast featured a choice of cereal followed by a full english breakfast. toast was available in unlimited quantities. orange juice and tea,coffee completed the breakfast service, really good!!!

varied selection super clean room polite host

The hotel's location is advantageous , near the tower and multiple attractions. Breakfast proved fantastic with a varied selection , meeting all my expectations. The room was super clean and very comfortable , I slept very well. I appreciated the friendly and polite host .

The hosts were very attentive and provided hot drinks throughout the day. The staff allowed me to use the dining room for work , a very kind gesture. The overall level of service added considerable value to my stay.

My room included a steel radiator , useful for drying clothes. The decor of the building presented as nice. The room maintained an super clean level of cleanliness, which I greatly appreciated.

WiFi access was available. A full breakfast was included , which covered all needs. The hotel's safe and secure setting gave me a sense of ease and peace.

Adequate Stay with a Few Drawbacks

missing kettle no bedside light

My stay had some issues. I found no bedside light (reading in bed is my thing). the kettle was missing. I needed my morning tea, so it was a minor disaster (I did survive, somehow).
