My room's cleanliness was unacceptable. I noticed stains on the walls. the bathtub did not drain properly, resulting in a combined shower and bath. breakfast hours, limited to 8-9 am, were unusual.

i appreciated the helpful staff! the cleaning staff returned chocolates i left in the fridge. russell ward was very friendly, a great driver, and played enjoyable music. the superior room featured a comfortable bed!

The shower barely worked because of the low water pressure. It was quite disappointing.
