The staff were very attentive during check in, breakfast and at the rooftop bar. They tried their best to. the views from my room were amazing, i could see the harbor clearly. i also loved the quick check-in i got despite arriving at 6am after a long trip. i really appreciated being able to get my room so early.

the hotel has a beautiful location and there is a nice view from some of the rooms. the hotel is also near the city center, so getting around is not difficult as it is convenient to visit various places.

the hotel provides valet parking for the guests, though parking nearby can be expensive. there is a rooftop bar, new zealand's tallest and has good views. it is important to note, there is a hefty holding deposit at check in.

the staff were personable and provided amazing service, being both accommodating and helpful! the room offered great views of the sky tower and the cbd. i found the double shower heads and many pillows very comfortable.

The nearby public parking was expensive, and the cheaper options were quite far away. This was a bit inconvenient.
