the breakfast included many choices. toiletries offered were of good quality. there were tea bags available.

a decent stay

blackout blinds yummy breakfast sheet holes intense heat

i had a nice room, it was super clean and cozy. the blackout blinds were good and blocked the light well, i had a good sleep. the breakfast had a pancake maker, fun and delicious.

The sheets had holes in them in weird places, i did not like that! they use a sheet over and under the duvet instead of duvet covers, also i don't like that at all. the aircon cooked me overnight, i couldn't turn a cold fan on. It was intense heat at night

the location was convenient for accessing the city center.

The room's cleanliness was subpar , with noticeable dust in corners. the air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a consistent temperature , cycling between too hot and too cold. i found the staff unresponsive when i reported the issues. I expected better service from a hotel of this supposed standard.

fantastic stay!

helpful reception excellent breakfast

I loved the reception staff. They were very helpful! our rooms were fabulous, and we could join both our rooms together. the facilities were also great! i really enjoyed the excellent breakfast, it had many choices.

The shower water wasn't particularly hot, disappointing. housekeeping came late at 4:30pm to service the room. We were exhausted.

the hotel had a central point for city exploration! it also gave access to the ferries to the hauraki gulf islands. the location was excellent.

The breakfast service starts early at 6:30am, which i appreciated! it featured a very ample selection and diverse options. i found plenty of delicious choices. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out.

underwhelming experience at a centrally located hotel

strange smell housekeeper intrusion

the location was acceptable.

the room had a strange smell. the sheets were not tucked under the mattress completely and the pillowcase wasn't properly on the pillow. the housekeeper knocked heavily at 8:30 am even though it was a checkout day and again at 9:10 am while i was in the shower, demanding room service!
