the staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, i appreciated that i could store my luggage easily since my flight arrived early. changing facilities were also available which was very convenient. the hotel decor was vibrant and well maintained, giving it a lively feel.

the air conditioning was a bit noisy, it made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

the king room was beautifully equipped, i found it contained everything i needed. the room was clean and had many power outlets, usb ports and a comfortable bed. i liked the water bottle fill station on each floor, it was a very eco-friendly touch.

dark decorclanging doors

the room lighting was indeed poor , and i found the dark decor a bit depressing. there was also a lack of practical space in the bathroom , the design felt more focused on aesthetics than functionality. i also noticed the metal wardrobe doors clang shut very loudly , which was quite annoying. the noise definitely needs addressing, it was too much.

the rooftop bar provided good, fast service from friendly staff. the spacious room featured cool colors and decor. the staff were eager to assist guests, and i felt welcome.

i noticed a slight overcharge on my room rate, though i booked directly through the hotel website, only resolved after i pointed it out.

The hotel is near the wharf area, so bars and nightlife are easily accessible. it is a short walk into the city. Note the slight uphill climb. the location provided convenience.
