limited parkingslow check-in
The hotel lacked sufficient assistance for unloading luggage upon arrival. There were limited parking spaces right outside. i had to manage luggage alone in the rain, quite inconvenient. also, the check-in process took an long time. i think the staff were in training perhaps.

amazing wynyard quarter stay!
perfect locationbest breakfastsuperb localegreat walk
the location is superb! restaurants surround the area. the metro is super close to the hotel. the bakery called tuck shop next door had the best breakfast ever! the location is perfect for walk to wynyard or viaduct.
the housekeeping staff walked right into our room with hardly any warning! there was no apology given, so it was a bit annoying.

our marina view king room featured views facing halsey street and packenham street west! i enjoyed a view of the sea, marina, and city skyscape from the room. the aircon kept the room at 18 degrees.

the hotel sat in such a quiet area close to a bus stop! there are also eating areas at the harbour. you can reach a supermarket and café in minutes. the location is really perfect!

this hotel offers free parking, and it's in a super quiet location! i loved that i could walk to wynyard quarter and the viaduct easily. i really had nice views of the water from my window.

The room was a great size and the bed and pillows proved comfortable. The location was perfect.
Parking was quite inconvenient. There was limited parking available for unloading luggage.
