Wynyard Quarter Wonder!
convenient supermarket handy cafe spacious room late checkout
I was thrilled to find a mini supermarket right next door. The café was also conveniently located next to the hotel. The room was super spacious and sparkling clean. Late check-out was an added bonus I greatly appreciated!
The air vent in the bathroom seemed a bit small for adequate airflow when using the shower. Otherwise, everything was great

This location is fantastic. A short walk allows you to reach many restaurants nearby. The hotel is very close to a shop for necessities. The waterfront is also easily accessible.

fair stay but some drawbacks
friendly staff split king dirty shower carpet stain
the location was awesome. i liked being so close to the asb waterfront theatre because i went to a show. the staff were really friendly too. they split the king bed like i asked, since there was two of us ladies.
the room wasnt up to par sadly. there was stains all over the carpet and the shower was yucky. it took a long time for the water to get warm, over five minutes even and the coffee and sugar packets were half open.

limited parking slow check-in
The hotel lacked sufficient assistance for unloading luggage upon arrival. There were limited parking spaces right outside. i had to manage luggage alone in the rain, quite inconvenient. also, the check-in process took an long time. i think the staff were in training perhaps.

amazing wynyard quarter stay!
perfect location best breakfast superb locale great walk
the location is superb! restaurants surround the area. the metro is super close to the hotel. the bakery called tuck shop next door had the best breakfast ever! the location is perfect for walk to wynyard or viaduct.
the housekeeping staff walked right into our room with hardly any warning! there was no apology given, so it was a bit annoying.

our marina view king room featured views facing halsey street and packenham street west! i enjoyed a view of the sea, marina, and city skyscape from the room. the aircon kept the room at 18 degrees.

this location does not miss a restaurant, bar and other facilities! metro market is a skip away in the lift. some of the city's best restaurants are only a five minute walk. it's easy!

the hotel sat in such a quiet area close to a bus stop! there are also eating areas at the harbour. you can reach a supermarket and café in minutes. the location is really perfect!

this hotel offers free parking, and it's in a super quiet location! i loved that i could walk to wynyard quarter and the viaduct easily. i really had nice views of the water from my window.

limited parking internal access
The room was a great size and the bed and pillows proved comfortable. The location was perfect.
Parking was quite inconvenient. There was limited parking available for unloading luggage. I also discovered no internal access to the carpark from the hotel and I had to retrieve a trolley and bring it down the street and up the elevator.
