i stayed in the classic double room it included air conditioning and a tv. breakfast had many options it featured both sweet and savory choices. the hotel offered a free shuttle to venice it made getting around simple.

the restaurant was closed one evening due to a private event it limited dining options.

I found the staff quite helpful. They provided directions and information about local attractions. The room included a well stocked minibar and blackout curtains. Breakfast offered fresh pastries, fruit, and a selection of cheeses. I was very pleased with the convenient shuttle service to the city center.

The free shuttle to Venice was really good. That helped a lot.

The bathroom was not draining at all upon my arrival. A pool of water formed in the shower (I hate that). The receptionist seemed annoyed when I reported it, though she did give me a suite as a solution (what if the hotel was fully booked?).
